Destroy any permanent with a + ability is pretty terrifying, and certainly justifies this being a 7-mana walker. By contrast, the middle ability seems much less valuable - I mean, still good, but -4 on a 7-mana walker for a Vault of the Archangel activation?

I think you could perhaps swap around the first and second abilities, so your creatures get deathtouch and lifelink for +1 or +2, and you Vindicate on -3ish.
