Seems a little too strong for CMC 1 to me.

I like this because it is narrow. Only the equipment deck will want it, so it can be picked up late in draft. Not married to it, but I don't think it's too good as it really only goes in one deck.

I just mean it should cost at least {1}{w}, since it effect more then one permeant.
