Hmm. So it's... 2/3 flying, pseudo-lifelink. Lifelink-for-both-players. Not very inspiring.

­Seraph of Dawn certainly wipes the floor with this, but that was an exceptionally strong common. Still, I think this could be 2/3 flying lifelink without raising any eyebrows.
