What's the point of that first ability? You don't want this used in anything but commander? It's rather annoying that it prevents you from casting it if it gets bounced, or if you draw it again after it's tucked.
I assume wlframe's response is something along the line of "That's what allows the creature to be more powerful." Which might be fair? I don't know. I do know, though, that whether or not it's fair, it doesn't appeal to me, either.
Lifelink is pretty weird on a 0-power creature. And an activation costing
is pretty odd on a 

creature in a mostly-
tribe.
The only thing really white about this is the reanimation, but that doesn't even cost white mana. Deathtouch is almost as weird as lifelink on a 0 power creature.
