This feels weird as a small "kaiju". Do we want this kind of thing on the table?
I think we need a few small "kaiju" to help fill out the curve. Green can use the smaller mutants, while red I think needs a few smaller "kaiju".
This kind of bothers me. It either means we have "small Kaiju", which doesn't make sense, or we have monstrous creatures that are neither mutants nor Kaiju.
Small kaiju are alright, I think, but Monstrosity costs should be more extreme and OTT. Either way, I don't think Lizard is common. Anything which is consistent removal attached to a very efficient body is basically uncommon (see Flametongue Kavu).
I agree with a move to uncommon at least.
How is this consistent damage?
This is way more efficiently-costed than would make it to print at Wizards, and as you've said, it should probably be uncommon.
