I think this needs to be either red or white, since thats where Suit Up is support to be strongest.

I don't see a reason to limit it to two colors (especially since this effect doesn't fit either). I mean, what's a {w}{u} deck supposed to look like in this format? This might be one idea.

Not to bring it up right now, but I"m thinking white/blue in this set would be centered on flying.

­{u}{r} exists too.

Basically it just doesn't make sense to limit one of our mechanics to only two colors when adding even just one more opens up extra strategies and limited archetypes. {w} and {r} will get the most, but there's no reason not to give it to other colors too when it fits, and blue is a good choice for its love of artifacts.
