Part of 20 card cycle of tribal X control at common/uncommon.

This could be a counter-heavy set, including quest, blaze, flood, and -1/-1 as this card implies. Perhaps vampires deal with -1/-1 counters as well. So this card can heal all the maladies, but the controller takes a hit during the healing process.

The soldier counterpart denies a permanent with these same counters from untapping for a turn.
