I'd like to run a parallel Community Set, for people who don't want to contribute to that set (and also for people who want to contribute to both).
At various points we should decide on direction for the set; this will be decided on by a simple vote.
In addition, we'll need to decide on roles for people at various points; again, decided by a simple vote.

When Vampire Lord or another Vampire creature you control enters the field, put up to one target creature card from an opponent's graveyard with power less than the Vampire's power onto the field under your control.


When Gold Rare UB dies, distribute up to four -1/-1 counters among any number of target creatures.

Hmm, so the Frost Lynx bit is blue, and green is granting the flash? I guess I can go with that.

gnome warriors are known for speed. hence flash. also goes with their trickery.
gnome wizards deal with ice magic. hence tap and stay tapped.
Minor quibble. This ability is good for GU, and fine for Warriors, but I don't think the Warrior flavour of this ability is green.
I guess you could fix it if you give it a name that clarifies the flavour, like "Gnomish Vinebinder" or something. (Is that something that gnomes do?)
