Not terribly sure about this one, I THINK it works, but need to playtest it some more.
Hm. So it's a Glory Seeker for a few turns, and after it's fought two 1/1s (or bounced off a 1/3 a couple of times), it gives up and turns into a Stone Calendar.
A bit curious, and although I'm not sure it feels a bit underwhelming to me.

Mmm, Stone Calendar is still really a quite nice effect to have though. Make this a bit harder to outright kill (2/4 perhaps?) and it's a deal.

The Ur-Dragon was restricted to Dragon spells and this does everything. There needs to be a drawback.
Eminence with tribal restrictions alone is a very polarizing mechanic. Unrestricted benefits like this are a magnitude more problematic. Even though the rest of the effect is kinda uninteresting.
