It could be monoblack and cheaper - Zombify - or better - Rise from the Grave. Even if you made this {2}{b}{g}, it'd still be strictly worse than Zombify. How about returning a creature from any graveyard? That's normally 5 mana - Rise from the Grave, Beacon of Unrest - but I imagine {b}{g} could get it for 4 mana, since each half exists at 4 mana (Zombify, Ashen Powder).
