This one seems... rather better than the others. Esper Lore is one of two not-very-good effects as a cantrip; Naya Lore is a Gather Courage with one of two not-very-good effects added on; Jund Lore is two of three fairly good effects but it's unlikely you'll need the red one at the same time as the green or black ones; and Grixis Lore just punches through for a little bit of damage to a player. By contrast, this swings a combat in your favour and either gets a handy 2-for-1 or gets you a hefty tempo swing - "neutralise the two best of your attackers" is pretty good for 2 mana.
These turned out to be really hard to design, because I wanted to avoid reusing the Battlemage effects. With battlemages and charms in Shards block, maybe I asked too much of myself. I'll try shuffling the effects some later on.
