Hm. It's Lay of the Land that turns into Untamed Wilds with dominance. (Hm. You say dominance still counts if you're tied, but what about if there are no creatures on the battlefield at all? Seems quite a likely case for this card if nobody has a one-drop. The current rules text suggests you don't get the benefit, which... is probably fairer than letting this be better than Rampant Growth.)

As far as I can tell, you can't control a creature with the greatest power if you control none.

Yeah, I agree. Maybe the Info page ought to explicitly mention that you get dominance benefits if you're tied, but not if nobody has any creatures at all.
