That's pretty aggressive for a two-drop. I don't think mono-red has ever got a 3/1 for two mana before - that's been exclusively white's domain. (Though white sortof shared it with everyone with Porcelain Legionnaire.) A fairly strong evasion ability on top might be a bit too far.

Increased cost and lowered ability cost, though it's essentially just Spin Engine now.
