The name here is unfortunately a bit too exactly following the pattern of the Innistrad and Commander Curses, which have enchant player and the subtype Curse. I think you might need to change the name. The card is great though.

I agree to an extent, but Curse of the Swine was just recently printed, so I'm not sure how much this matters.
