As per discussion on Minute Man, this is confusing having the past-faction watermark but liking equipment. I agree it's nice for there to be cards which support both factions in different ways, and equipment are great at doing that subtly, but calling it out blatantly like this (especially on a common) is somewhat muddying the message.
