Enchantment removal in red? Horrible! <exaggeration>
Seems Green.
It does seem green, but it's not nonred by virtue of being enchantment removal. This doesn't directly neutralise enchantments at all (they still keep all their abilities, they just stop being enchantments). You'd need another burn spell to kill it, and once you're comboing two red cards you can do Word of Seizing/Zealous Conscripts plus Crack the Earth/Misguided Rage.
...I suppose it's Aura removal. This turns the Aura into a nonenchantment creature, it becomes unattached but stays on the battlefield; then once this effect ends it turns back into being an Aura, but now it's unattached so it goes to the graveyard. Hm.
I was actually joking. My "exaggeration" tag accidentally turned into a 2/2 HTML creature. Oops.
Link is right, it does seem more green, but I think it could work in red. Unattaching Auras and Equipment might be an issue that it wouldn't be in green.
It's not meant to be used for aura removal, but I'll admit it tickles my fancy somewhat that it can do it. Since we know that maro thinks Chaos Warp a bad breach of the pie, it's probably not a card that is very realistic.
I made it a sorceyr to mitigate the aura removal aspect, but now it's somewhat underwhelming (is the correct cost for a 2/2 intimidate French vanilla!), so I'll lower it to
