I THINK the trigger attaching it elsewhere will actually resolve before SBAs are checked and the aura put into the graveyard, but I'm not hopeful.

A simple fix is to make this read "If you do, return ~ from [a/your] graveyard enchanting target creature".

I was hoping to shorten the template, but ultimately I suspect it can't be done.

Your choices are: 1) a triggered ability, in which case this needs to return itself from the graveyard; or 2) a replacement ability - something like "If enchanted creature would leave the battlefield for another zone, instead it goes to that zone and you attach ~ to another creature of your choice". But the wording is horrible and there isn't time to target in replacement abilities, so the trigger is better.
