It might be easier to let it lose the land type entirely. (Unfortunately, losing the land type wouldn't remove the mana ability, which could be a bit silly.) The Treefolk option feels out of place, and is probably makes the whole thing a bit too powerful. Can it be trimmed?

Yeah, I think this card needs to be junked and redesigned. I liked the idea of a land that could animate into two different types, but with trying to make the enchantment feel enchantment-y, it got overly wordy and fiddly. And it's also too strong in an irritating way: if you leave 3 mana up, you can counter anything that tries to hit one of your enchantments, and if you have 9 mana up, you can even do that while still letting this itself dodge creature and enchantment removal. Needs redesigning.
