Suppress, but less mana, more flexible, it lets you see their cards, and it's in a color which is less into discard?
Even more flexible than that, since you can use it on yourself to dodge discard, or achieve instant Hellbent. Also, use it on your opponent after they draw a card, before their first main step to, roughly, Time Walk that player (with suppress, you could always hope you drew a playable card that turn. This denies you that).
Suppress has a rating of 3.419, so it didn't really need much help to be a 4 star card. This is probably too far over the top.
I'd never seen Suppress. I didn't think about seeing your opponent's cards. That is a problem. I didn't think this was that good, but it's cool that it's an instant. It could be

or
.
It's red because it's messing in "red doing things other colors can but only temporarily".
Using it on yourself is just Ignorant Bliss without the cantrip, which is pretty bad. But on the opponent this is fun.
I'm surprised that Suppress rates 3.4. I don't think an instant version would be too strong, or out-of-pie for red, but it should probably be 3 mana.
