Doesn't need the "until end of turn". Well, at least, it needs to either lose the UEOT, or become a triggered ability - "Whenever a Goblin you control attacks, it gets +1/+0 for each other attacking Goblin UEOT".

lost the UEoT. Wanted a different kind of twist to the other Goblin Lords. Was inspired by Goblin Piledriver obviously.
