Note that Shardless Agent is playable in Legacy. Not broken, but Legacy-playable. This asks for an extra colour, so it's probably not as excessive. Similarly it's one extra colour on top of Bloodbraid Elf.

What I think I'm saying is: this is very good, but that's what a three-colour card should be.
