Just a little fix on wording maybe;

As an additional cost to cast ~, exile three cards from your graveyard.

Draw 2 cards.

As written, this card doesn't require you to exile anything to draw those two cards. You could just play this on round 3 as an instant speed Divination. Writing "...three target cards..." would change that, though.
