Four mana to look at the top 4 cards to put one in your hand...I dunno, that could almost be common.

It's also strictly worse than Foresee, which is also common.

added a clause that returns this to your hand rather than it going to graveyard.

Nice. It's now comparable to Mystic Speculation, but rather better thanks to the cantrip. It's arguable whether this is a bit better than Whispers of the Muse, but sorcery speed and absence of the 1-mana option means this may be fine.
