I don't like that this requires double white and double black. Especially because white normally gets better creatures, this could cost {2}{w} and have the regular shade ability ({b}: +1/+1 until end of turn) and not be too powerful. Also, the shade ability is meant to be played many times, but paying black is difficult, so I would even consider "{1}{b}: +2/+2 until end of turn".
