"Worse" seems curiously overcosted given it'll normally be rather worse than Zealous Persecution. Why does it untap the creatures? I guess you can use it to grant retroactive vigilance to some things you attacked with, as long as they didn't take nearly-lethal damage in combat? Still seems pretty marginal for a 4-mana gold sorcery though.

Maybe {1}{w}{b} would be better for that effect. The Untapping is the white part, but the "overall bad" effect was kind of an overly clever interpretation of the card name. (and partly because I felt the need to balance the Better part which is REALLY good)
