A 1/3 lifelink seems pretty reasonable for {3}. So I suspect the equip cost on this needs to be way higher. Cf Skinwing, Sickleslicer. I foresee this being a common that people curse as the ground gets gummed up with high-toughness lifegainers for the umpteenth time.
