I've been trying to find a way to give enemy colors something to draft in set, and I remembered the Granite Shard cycle from Mirrodin. That seems to work oddly well in this hybrid set, so I tossed it in. Did you know that
was supported? I just assumed I would have some ugliness on the cards and call it a day... but evidently Wizards is a step ahead.
This is obviously a bit underwhelming... It kind of happens when a common gives too many options. I was thinking about making these 1/2s for 2 or 2/2s for 3 (1/2 for 3?) but I'm not sure how I go about flavoring them. They're supposed to come with the Mirrans, but they shouldn't be Myr or Legendary Creatures? I guess 'Artifact Creature - Construct' is fine... just kind of sad. Still, access to more creatures will help draft along. Let's just do it.
