Tough cc. I gave these guys vigilance, because it wouldn't feel very good without something else. And the vigilance, while useful, isn't particularly powerful. Still, I wonder if black would be okay with something like a 2/2 flyer with vigilance and Phantom Tiger's ability... maybe the vigilance is too much.

There have been 4-mana 2-power artifact flyers before with minor or expensive other abilities. Drill-Skimmer springs to mind, as does the rather powerful Skinwing. I think this is nice as is.
