I was planning on making some straightforward 'Resourceful' cards that acted more like Shimmering Glasskite in that you need two pieces of removal, but the ability is fairly straightforward... but I didn't want people to think we couldn't do some fancy stuff with it, either. So here's a 'now and later' card. I'll probably stick a few more in the file by the time I'm done.
I fear this is a bit too much better than Jayemdae Tome. It's also four cards of card advantage on a common!
If this was "draw one card" for
/
, it'd be a gradual version of Courier's Capsule. But I'm not sure it's possible to cost it fairly as a common while drawing 2 cards each time.
I was afraid this might be the case. It's kind of a lot like Tumble Magnet, I suppose. By the time you've gone through the 'charges' you already got what you want out of it.
Well, I'm willing to go to an activation of
