this is about as bad as pseudo-ld gets.. compare to stone rain for example

bumped it to 2 damage and cleaned up the wording.As it was, Lava Fissure dealt the damage to its controller not the land's controller.

Oo. Like a red version of Evil Presence/Sea's Claim. The flavour works for me.

If it was a mountain INSTEAD and its controller isn't playing Red he'll just never tap it unless he absolutely has to. As is, if you hit his only source of a particular colour with this, he has to still use it or not cast anything of that colour.
