Why isn't elbow grease just "T: Add ..."?
Honestly, I just thought it was more reasonable this way as reminder text than a lot of cards having an activated ability of "
: Add... Spend this mana only to activate the abilities of artifacts."
This rt is pretty awful. Spelling out how tapping a permanent works is definitely longer
