This is Inceasing Devotion without flashback and without the really cool "double the tokens" reward for using flashback that push that card to rare.

This card feels uncommon.

Suggested modern wording:

• Create five 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens.

I wanted to create a good amount of tokens, so I used Increasing as a jumping point. However, Flashback would not be thematic to the plane this is set on, so I plan to come back to it to make it a little more unique, or otherwise different from its inspiration.
