Reasonable effect and cost, but lacking the little extra to make it appropriate at rare.

This is Inceasing Devotion without flashback and without the really cool "double the tokens" reward for using flashback that push that card to rare.

This card feels uncommon.

Suggested modern wording:

  • Create five 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens.
