Astonishingly, this all works fine within the rules. Though you're right that the last ability has to have the unusual "As" wording. It should perhaps say "Enchanted permanent" rather than "Enchanted card", just in case someone wanted to throw this on a token copy of Dryad Arbor or whatever.
