Added reminder text for Battle Tech

Seems like a lot for a common.

The repeated card advantage mechanic alone makes this uncommon+ material. A single fetchland means this thins out your library twice as reliably as the surveil on attack does by itself.

Usual templating rules drops "the" from "the equipped creature".

I was surprised not to see battle tech on the mechanics page. It gives some validity to elbow grease.

Since battle tech is a keyword with mechanical functionality and reminder text, it should not be in italics itself.

"attacks" to "deals combat damage" and equip cost raised to {1}{b/g}
