This is an example of one of Nasun, Trophy Hunter's minions. This guy goes after the big game (obviously) for the big reward. If he survives and takes enough trophies he will be rewarded by his master.

Except for in special Nasun decks, this is a vanilla 2/2 for 3. Even in a Nasun deck, I don't see him taking down many 5 power creatures. He could probably be a 3/3; at least then you could Giant Growth him so he survives.

Actually, yeah. He could be a 3/3. Or a 2/4 would seem fine. The trophy thing will only matter if Nasun ultimates, right? If that's the case, you want this card played in Nasun decks. You don't want people saying to themselves "well, I could put this in my Nasun deck, but it's a bad card, so I'll just pass." That would seem a bit silly.

There may be other/different ways to use trophy counters if I ever expand this idea out to a full set. At the moment yes, he is kinda bland without Nasun, Trophy Hunter.
