Hmmm... I'm not sure you can prove that a nonland is on top, this way. Maybe if this only ever milled the card?

Not sure if that works... but is that what you're going for? Maybe,

> Creatures you control have "{1}, {t}, Reveal the top card of your library: If the revealed card is a nonland card, mill a card."

Imagine a scenario where a player activates this mill/surveil ability, and in response an opponent removes this enchantment. Does your creature still have the ability to know there's a nonland on top to mill it?

Oh I'm a fool! You play with the top card revealed, not "you may look at the top card of your library at any time". Carry on!
