It throws creatures at you? Evil. Seriously efficiently costed red flyer, too. This is arguably better than the shivan.

Probably just needs to be reduced to a 5/5.

Also, the name reads a lot more like a large bird of prey than it does "dragon".

Reminds me of Bloodshot Cyclops. But able to do his thing and still attack (good) and more flyingier (arguable).

I dunno about the name, I think it's fine for a dragon personally. While they're not usually referred to in Magic by Kite, it's a fantasy thing so I think it works. It also brings back something which I think they pulled back a little in Innistrad - complex names full of references and obscure words.

I'd had him as a 5/5 for a few minutes while creating him. Bumped him up for excitement value, but I do think a 5/5 is still totally acceptable.
