REPRINT: Confessor

I wanted a card representing clergy and thought of a confessor. Turns out there has been a card with that name, so now it's a reprint.

It's off-color for the discard themes, but triggers on any player. May adjust the effect later accordingly (and remove it from the reprint list...)
