This eats planeswalkers upon entering the battlefield, right?

I still think a 4/4 multicolored legendary creature for four mana that on its own doesn't survive long enough to attack is a hard sell.

Yes, it does immediately kill planeswalkers upon entering. To be fair, while I see that it may be hardy playable as it is, I do fear that any betterment may break it; other than hating on planeswalker, it also does e.g. make creatures with persist/undying basically unkillable, which I'm sure would break something.
