On the flip side, unlike Shinobi Steel Whip, I haven't had any problems at all with this equipment, even though it's vaguely impersonating a decent rare In the Web of War. Maybe this would be a powerful card in constructed, but it's tricky to make this do what you want to do in limited. It's not terrible, but they do have a tendency to get passed around a bit late.

Decided to make the card gain "Equip {0}" instead of reducing the cost to equip by 3. Much nicer.
