Though its mind is filled with whispers the hunt will never end.
Well, that's a casting cost of horror. I guess it's a way to try and capture the colourlessness of Eldrazi while still letting them have colour mechanics.
And what a mechanic! Breaks the "no generic recall from exile" rule; but only on opponents. Potentially draw 3 extra cards every turn, if you don't mind your opponent getting the same benefit.

That's not been a rule for Eldrazi since the first Processor, really.
I thought about using colorless and colored mana together in costs for Eldrazi as well, though on a multicolor card that's especially hard to evaluate. I think, you flipped the order of nongeneric mana symbols.
The multiplayer politics here are fascinating, but I still think that activated ability needs at least a minimal mana cost.
