attempt at making a more versatile shatter. Was going to go with
"Destroy target artifact, ~ deals 1 damage to its controller"
but that still requires them to have an artifact to start with.
Whilst less elegant wordwise, this version is always useful as you target the player, do the damage and can then destroy an artifact as an optional effect.

Almost always worse than Smash to Smithereens. But I suppoooose it can deal 1 to the dome if that mattered.

Except you can cast this with no artifacts to target for that 1 to the dome.
