Hm. Interesting tweak on Foresee. A definite upgrade on Divination / Counsel of the Soratami.

Changed cost to {3}{u} for now as it is intended to replace Foresee as the set doesn't use Scry.
Personally I think it would probably be fine at {2}{u} as it is basically Ponder looking at & drawing 1 more card for 2 more.
