I mean, they're always going to choose the highest power, but that's the point. Although, I suppose my wording allows a person to not deck themselves in very rare circumstances.

To be honest, I don't think this card requires green either. It would be irregular, but I don't think it would be unwarranted to print this at {3}{u}{u}. Especially considering the set already contains a 'power matters' theme.

I didn't expect the next change to the instant/sorcery to be to a creature costing {4}{u}{u}.

I changed it because it was UB in the blue skeleton, so when it became green i moved it to a green slot and made this instead :D
