Order Randomly cannot have it's ability activated by any means other than the following:
At a random point in a random players turn, they choose a random card in a random zone and randomly decide whether or not to do a random one of it's thing(s).
When Order Randomly's ability is activated, randomly choose whether or not to deal a random amount of damage to a random amount of a random type of random targets, at random of course.
