Mm it's a bit much. I'll make it just a fog that gains life and see how that works out.
I think the reason I costed this one asymmetrically was so I could avoid the use of X1CC type costing, which I think looks ugly! Wasn't aware flowstone slide existed haha, its costing makes me more confident in mine, cheaper but more colour intensive. I don't know if red would get flowstone type effects that hit enemy creatures nowadays, so I leant on black as the sweeper colour to cost it (taking cues from supreme verdict)
I guess there is no actual reason I costed it the way I did. This card may be too big. It feels too big for RB but I based the cost off Underworld Cerberus.

Remove 6 to edict changed to remove X and pay XBB to - X target and +X him
Added the deleted ability from the black combat trick cycler
I think the instant deathtouch draw a card mode is strong enough to want this at uncommon
1/5 - > 4/3, cycle: 2GG destroy art or ench <5 cmc - > G reach
2/1 - > 2/2, cycle: - 5/0 -> flying
yeah sweet, possibly a common now though
Crrature: - 1/-1 to enemy on block/blocked - > deathtouch. Cycle: Draw 1 lose 2 - > deathtouch
Looking at this again, I really dislike that it's an uncounterable instant sign in blood. Iirc it's very rare to get instant card draw in black. Bad morlor.
May move this more in line with the rest of the cycle and give it a combat relevant keyword for creature and cycle mode.
That's a fair point. I guess I'll hold off but if i come across any nice art i will just jam it.
