White

Lacking Grave Utility: As Pikmin are not in this color set, let's make it less reliant on looking towards graveyard's creatures.

Blue

Treasure: The covetous nature of the three factions lends well to creating treasures in blue.

Lacking Little Critters: Pikmin and Skittering Friends are biological creatures in great number and small size. These three factions should represent their threats as less about many appreciated critters.

Lacking Grave Utility: Pikmin are not in this color set, let's make it less reliant on graveyard's creatures.

Black

Looming Threats: The Meek Diplomats want to drop a weight atop people who don't follow their rules. Pikmin want creatures in your graveyard with a large size. Space Dragon wants to be the biggest thing on the block, but will need to get there. So perhaps some kind of suspenseful spell? Some sort of contract-oriented spell?

Graveyard Bash: Pikmin really care about the graveyard, lining up well with Black and Green. What do the Space Dragon and Meek Diplomat factions want with the graveyard, though?

All For One or One For All: Meek Diplomats want to make deals so that the community survives, but especially the upper crust. Pikmin similarly want the community to thrive, but they have an almost-hivemind want for it. The Space Dragon says every bit of the community is meant to serve them. Ultimately the Meek want the state to survive, Pikmin want the hive to live, and the Dragon wants themself. Board wipes or multiple target thing should address this want.

Red

Go Wide, With Purpose: Space Dragons want many creatures so they can have Exalted. Skittering Friends wants lots of creatures so they can attack with them. Pikmin want lots of creatures, and wants them attached to creature-type cards. For this reason it seems like Convoke fits well here, too. Either way, Red can be excellent at creating weak creatures. Perhaps they can create 1/1 creatures with Flawed?

Exalted in Red?: Space Dragon very much likes Exalted, because they're attacking with one creature. Pikmin might be fine all getting together to help one creature. Skittering Friends really want to attack with everyone, though. Maybe we'll tie Exalted to {u/r} and {b/r}? Maybe we put it on creatures unappealing for Skittering Friends?

Lacking Treasures: Meek Diplomats and The Caravan love their treasures in Blue, so perhaps this time around Red isn't making treasures. Then again, maybe the greed of the Space Dragons outweigh that balance?

Cunning Manipulations: To serve the Space Dragon faction we'll need lots of instants that turn the tide of a situation.

Green

Appreciation for the Real: All of the members of Green care about the wellbeing of the common creature of their faction.
