Space Dragons have many thralls that serve them as Minions. This is represented by the Minions giving Exalted, attacking with one great Space Dragon per combat... or at least, starting to attack with one Dragon.
Incentive Mechanics
Exalted: The Minion role gives Exalted. Dragons care about their size through various mechanisms, so Exalting them to become larger helps them with those effects.

Relations to other Factions
Skittering Friends (WRG): Shares Red, but has Blue and Black instead of White and Green. Dragons have disdain for these creatures, viewing their tight community and flat class structure as beneath them. Skittering Friends aggressively pursue diplomatic contact and cause sprawl in to Draconic domains, causing frequent conflicts between Dragons and the Skittering Friends. Given their more organized societal structures, Dragons are aware that drawing the full ire of the Skittering Friends could cause any individual Dragon to fall, so they enforce boundaries and borders and wearily avoid raiding their pods.
The Caravan (UGW): Shares Blue, but has Red and Black instead of White and Green. The Caravan provides a lifeline for many disparate societies in the plane, and Dragons benefit from it all the same. Very often, however, The Caravan wants for something Dragons are unwilling to part with. Sometimes as well The Caravan has what Dragons want and can lead them to take action on their behalf in regions where The Caravan has less of a structural flow. It is the cooperation between the Space Dragons and The Caravan that leads towards such an expansive frontier for civilized society.
Meek Diplomats (BWU): Shares Black and Blue, but has Red instead of White.

The 'Space Dragon' faction is less of a faction and more of a template for many sub-factions that exist. Dragons, being powerful and egocentric, naturally gather devoted followers in exchange for minor miracles. Each sect is ego-centric, with everything the Dragon at the core feasting and enjoying a hedonistic existence. Whenever another Dragon enters their territory there is always a risk of their followers splitting off or leaving them entirely, so most Dragons seek domain separate from their peers. This leads to many colonies, on many planets, led in seclusion by a centralized Dragon and their host.
