Converted to regeneration instead of vigilance, in order to free Vigilance up for a larger creature since larger creatures don't tend to regenerate at common.

Reminds me of Lys Alana Bowmaster. Though actually it turns out there's a whole stable of cards that deal 2 damage to target creature with flying. The Bowmaster has rather stronger abilities, but a 3/3 for 4 mana is usually more relevant in Limited than a 2/2 for 3 mana so it likely balances out.
It's certainly a very synergistic pair of abilities and P/T. Vigilance may turn out to be overdoing it, but while this is very playable it's also not going to win many games on its own, so I think it's in a fine place.

Anyway, seems like a fair medium common to me. Efficient; but only if there's something middling flying that you wanna shock.
This seems solid. But of a stalley card but I doubt problematically so.
Sometimes, being the best there is at what you do offers high marks on Gatherer. It probably picked up 5 stars from a number of players who were always looking, but could never find anything better.

It's a plenty good lovely little utility card; that's significantly boosted by there being both Snake AND Shaman tribal in its environment that give it mana generation ability as well as the colour shifting.
Creature type
I'm not 100% convinced by Hexproof for this entry in the cycle; but Trample seems mostly irrelevant on a 3/2, and Shroud means the card isn't strictly upside, unlike the rest. Deathtouch feels wrong for setting and Reach would be weird. Regen is possible, but it means this is the only member that doesn't gain a simple keyword
This does suggest that my three Shroud instances in Blue should become Hexproof as well.
Not a bad idea; they're both situational cards.
It unbalances the Augury uses (and Blue should probably get more if any colour does), although I could remove it from Imperial Decree. That seems a perfect fit, though.

True, although bear in mind that MaRo has stated that Theros is lower removal than normal, to allow the Auras to play better.
The main problem I'd have with 4 mana is that Blood Feast is also
. So I will probably just go for the rather-good

You could easily add augury to Bathe as well if you wanted to keep the mirror.
Hmm. Consider that common removal used to look like Grasp of Darkness, but now looks like Lash of the Whip or Annihilating Fire, I have to say I'd be surprised to see it at 2B. 1BB would be a lot better for Limited, although still a great card for black (though that's fine, every colour needs some great commons). I wouldn't bat an eyelid seeing it for 4 mana though.
