So if my opponent controls a land and any other type of permanent, I cast three Preordains? And it only gets better from there on out? Seems better than Fact or Fiction. Definitely better than Foresee.

Other than being undercosted, though, I like it. It would certainly make an interesting sideboard choice against some decks.
